Ms. Rahima Loghdey
Rahima has a Masters in Industrial Sociology
and a diploma in project management. Over the last
ten years, she has utilized her existing competencies
in the aspects of business mentorship, leadership training,
fundraising and marketing. She has developed and implemented
projects and management tools for the Department of
Social Services and various Cape Chamber of Commerce
and Industry members, around “internships” to
increase employability of youth, accessing over 250
jobs for youth in the hospitality and film and video
sector over three years. Rahima further has
experience in developing models for and implementing
mentorship for Small Medium Micro Enterprises (SMME's),
training International Labor Organisation’s accredited
material to improve businesses and serving on the selection
panel of The Nations Trust (micro-finance for Usubomvu).
Rahima has completed her Post Graduate Diploma in
Management at the UCT Graduate School of Business which
enhances her capacity to develop projects for and market
Acorn Technologies.
